Q1, Samples

Samples are free of charge unless you need samples with customized logo. And it'll be sent with freight collected. Just tell us your express account no., sch as FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. The sample cost will be refunded after you'd place an order. The sample lead time is about 3-7 days.

Q2, MOQ

Usually the MOQ is 18,000pcs per item.

Q3, Decoration methods

We offer various types of surface finishes, such as Oxidation, painting, metallizing, UV coating, embossing/ debossing, frosting, soft-touch, double oxidation, jewel effect, bead effect, hot stamping, silk-screen printing, 3D print, etc.  

Q4, Production lead time

45 days approx.

Q5, OEM service

We can develop the required product from initial concept sketches to final production item. The process can include 3D images, rapid prototype mock up, full technical drawings and first off production samples.

Q6, Payment terms

1, 30% deposit by T/T before production, the balance before shipment.
2, Western Union, for small amount.

Q7, Quality control

We control the quality according to ISO 9001 standards.
IQC - Incoming Quality Control,
IPQC- In Process spot check every 2hrs,
FQC- Final full inspection every batch,
OQC- Out-going Quality Control

Q8, Delivery

By sea, by air, or by courier.

Q9, Do you have any stock?

Usually we don't have stock. We do customized job according to clients' design.
